Aptly named for northern Norway, most of which lies above the Arctic Circle, the MS Nordnorge has been exploring these waters since 1997. It gained fame in 2011 when its entire Bergen to Kirkenes voyage was broadcast live on TV for 134 hours, earning a Guinness World Record. The ship was renovated in 2016 to feature a modern, Arctic-inspired Scandinavian interior. With a capacity for 590 passengers in its 223 cabins, the ship maintains a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Facilities mirror those of its sister ships: three restaurants, a bakery, a large compass area with reception, a tour guide desk, a bar, a sauna, and outdoor hot tubs. The MS Nordnorge is an excellent choice for those seeking an authentic, traditional coastal journey with ample opportunity to spot wildlife and natural wonders.
